(a) The student can submit the application form in person or by registerd post in the office of the institute. The form should be duly signed by students himself/herself only.
(b) The application form is not trasferable.
(c) The application will be rejected if there is any difference between the information given in it and the supporting documents.
(d) All admission are provisional, subject to verification of the required documents & eligibility conditions.
(e) In case of a column not being applicable, the word’ N A’(Not Applicable) should be used against that column.
(f) Students passed only from the recognised board/ universities or equirvalent National Open state/ Open School should apply for admission.
(g) That the student will attend all the theory .tutorial and practical classes and will maintain attendence above 75% in each subject in order to be able to appear in the examination as per the rules of institute in force and that shall be binding or us. We are full aware that attendance will be given only to the registered students of the institute.
(h) Student/ guardian to pay the cost of damage coused to the moveble and immovable property of the BLIPMT new delhi .
(i) To be very clear that the institute does not have any responsibility of the ragistration employment/ council in any state of the country/abroad.
(j) It should be very clearly noted that the fees paid at the time of admission or during the session is Niether Refundable Nor Adjustable in and circumstances, reasons may be whtasoever.
(k) High school certificate as a proof of age.
(l) The rules are subject to change from time to time.

Rights of Admission Reserved
Rights of admission are reserved with the principal of the institute. He reserves the right to reject any application of admission . cancel any conformed admission or even rusticate the student in the middle of academic session. The principal reseves to himself the right of admission.

Identity Card
Students will be issued on identity card (with registration no.) by the institute. Students are advised to keep the identity card safety till the completion of the course. Students will have to produce the identity card at the time of examination or whenever they are asked to do so by the authorities. If the original identity card is lost. a duplicate card can be obtained from the institute on a payment of Rs. 150/-

Change of Address
All communications will be send to the students at the address given in the application form. Change of adress if any dhould be promptly infoemed in writing to the institute.

Fees pay by
(a) NEFT, Online , DD, Cheque, for prescribed fees is to be drawn in favour of B.L. Institute of paramedical technology, New Delhi. 1. Postal orders and money orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Placement Assistance
The institute will ragister all students who pass out from the institute for placement. Enquiries received from the hospitals/ nursing homes / dignostic centre etc. will be directed to students as per demand. Students who get the placement throgh the institute must immediately inform us.
Right of Application Form
The application form may be rejected if it does not fulfil the eligibility conditions.
Ragistration Number
• Ragistration number will be assigned to the students by the institute after verification and submission of all the necessary documents/fees. etc.
• In all communication addressed to the institute. Reference of this number should given. Letters received without Ragistration Number will not be entertained.
Examinations
The institute will organise examinations having two parts:
(i) Theory (ii) Practical
The question paper will be in english only but candidate are allowed to answer in English, Hindi, language.
